Personal data collected in the online store, namely through forms filled out by the individual - or otherwise communicated to the manager - Toroid d.o.o. (name and surname, e-mail, telephone, street and house number, postal code, city/ place, country, region, content of the shopping basket, IP) are collected for the purpose of performing the basic activities of Toroid d.o.o. i.e. online store, namely to respond to inquiries, to prepare and conclude a contract, and to perform the contract itself. Since the processing of this information is necessary for the performance of the service itself, the processing of this data is already carried out on the basis of the fact that the buyer enters into a contractual relationship with the provider. The legal basis for the legal processing of personal data is the implementation of a contract, the contractual party of which is the individual to whom the personal data relate, or the implementation of measures at the request of such an individual before the conclusion of the contract (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
If the legal basis for data processing is your consent (consent), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, but this does not affect the legality of the processing by Toroid d.o.o. for the period before you withdraw your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR). If you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, we will stop processing the collected personal data for this purpose.

DELIVERY OF GOODS
The goods are delivered to the selected address via GLS and Pošta Slovenije. The provider sends the ordered items to the customer via the online store. You can also pick up the goods in person at Beloruska ulica 7, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia.
The provider can deliver products from the online store to all zones or countries listed in the table below. During the process, as well as before the end of the purchase process, the buyer is aware of the (possible) area of delivery or delivery restrictions, delivery times and exact costs of delivery of the goods or shipping.
Delivery costs or shipping is charged at the time of purchase according to the selected shipping method and according to the buyer's address, and is covered by the buyer.
In the case of delivery of goods outside the EU countries, additional costs may also arise. Such costs are, for example, costs arising from transactions or costs related to the execution of payments (costs of transfers, currency exchange, etc.) and possible costs related to customs procedures, customs or import duties and other duties/taxes according to the regulations in the addressee's country. The seller cannot be held responsible for such costs and they are fully covered by the buyer.
When shipping, we try to keep the delivery time as short as possible and to ship all purchased items that are in stock no later than 48 hours from the online order to the specified delivery address. The delivery date/availability is specifically defined for each item. If you choose pre-invoice/advance payment as the payment method, we will be able to ship the product only after we receive your payment/transfer.
In the event of any unexpected complications (force majeure and other) or delay in the order, the buyer will receive a notification via e-mail, which will state the expected delivery date of the order.
In the event that the buyer receives goods that he considers to have been damaged during delivery, we advise you to reject the damaged package or to immediately inform the provider at the e-mail address info@toroid.si and describe the situation. The buyer should take a picture of the item together with the packaging and store it in the same condition as it was received, for the purpose of proving it when claiming damages from the courier company. The buyer should also note down the delivery time and, if possible, the name and surname of the delivery person. All the above information will serve to make it easier to claim compensation from the courier service.
The provider is not responsible for damage, destruction or inability to provide and deliver products due to war or civil unrest, strikes, industrial stoppages, fire, storm, flood or natural disasters, defects, willful damage, theft or other cases of force majeure.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
The buyer (hereinafter also: the consumer) has the right to inform the provider that he withdraws from the contract within 8 days of taking over the goods, without having to give a reason for his decision.
To exercise the right to withdraw, you must inform the company of your decision to withdraw from this contract with an unequivocal statement (e.g. by letter sent by post to the address Toroid d.o.o., Borova vas 11, 2000 Slovenia or by e-mail info@toroid.si.
In case of withdrawal from the contract, you as a buyer only cover the costs of returning the goods. The seller does not accept shipments with a ransom.
The deadline for withdrawing from the contract (notice of withdrawal from the contract) begins the day after the date of receipt of the goods (when the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods or acquires them instead of the consumer by a third party other than the carrier and determined for this purpose by the consumer/or in the contract in relation to the delivery of goods consisting of several shipments or pieces: "when the consumer acquires physical possession of the last shipment or piece of goods or acquires it on behalf of the consumer by a third party other than the carrier and designated for this purpose by the consumer).
The goods must be returned to the provider no later than 8 days after the notification of withdrawal from the contract. In order for the deadline for withdrawal from the contract to be taken into account, it is sufficient that the notice regarding the exercise of the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period from the contract. The return of the received goods to the provider within the contract withdrawal period is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract. The buyer can return the products by mail to the address of Toroid d.o.o., Borova vas 11, 2000 Slovenia.
The buyer must return the items received undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the product is damaged, lost or its quantity has decreased through no fault of the buyer. The buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract and refund the purchase price only if the item is in the same condition as new (undamaged, unchanged quantity).
In case of any damage or traces of wear, reduced quantity, and similar cases, the provider reserves the right to refuse the return or to pay only part of the purchase price. The provider advises buyers to choose to insure the shipment and pack the goods as carefully as possible.
The possibility of withdrawing from the contract does not apply to products/goods that are manufactured according to the customer's instructions or of the consumer and adapted to his personal needs or in the case of individual offers. The possibility of withdrawing from the contract also does not apply to buyers who are subjects of commercial law or other legal entities to which the Consumer Protection Act does not apply.
If the consumer withdraws from this contract, the company will refund all payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal from this contract, except for additional costs due to the choice of a type of delivery that is not the most affordable standard form of delivery offered by companies. In this way, the company performs the reimbursement by transfer to the customer's account or with the same means of payment as was used to carry out the original transaction, insofar as this is possible due to its nature, unless otherwise agreed (the consumer has indicated that he wants a refund in the form of a credit on his next purchase). The company can withhold payment in the cases and within the time limits specified by the Consumer Protection Act.

The invoice must be paid within the validity period of the invoice, otherwise the order will be cancelled. We will be able to send the goods to you once the payment is visible in our system and within the deadline indicated with the product.

PRICES/VALIDITY OF THE OFFER
Orders in our online store are subject to the prices stated at the time of placing the order. The listed prices are final prices, which means that they include the prescribed rate of VAT. The tax percentage (VAT) depends on the buyer's status (individual or legal entity), the location/headquarters of the final buyer and other conditions, which are detailed and can be found on the "VAT" subpage.
Online prices apply to products in the online store. The provider reserves the right to change the prices of the offer without prior notice.
The prices are valid at the moment the order is placed, or the prices that were valid at the time the placed order was received by the provider's information system. The sales contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded the moment the buyer receives an email confirming the order. From this moment, all purchase conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.
Product prices do not include delivery or postage costs. Delivery and shipping costs are already calculated during the ordering process in the online store. These are also listed when checking the contents of the basket and calculating the value of the order even before the electronic confirmation of the order. When selling and delivering goods to consumers outside the EU, the buyer's country may charge additional costs of the customs procedure, customs duties and taxes, which the buyer covers.
Regular prices are prices recommended by the manufacturer or supplier and are available as online prices to all users of the online store. Promotional prices are prices that apply to customers in the online store during the promotion period.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an effective system for dealing with complaints and to designate a person with whom the customer can contact in case of problems on the telephone number +386 41 372 507 or by e-mail info@toroid. Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
The provider is aware that an essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle for the buyer not to initiate a dispute before the court. Therefore, the provider makes every effort to resolve any disputes amicably or with an out-of-court settlement, but if this is not possible, disputes will be resolved by the Maribor District Court.
